Processing Time
Before your order is shipped, we carefully review all details to ensure everything is accurate and in perfect condition. This includes confirming your contact and delivery information, performing a thorough quality check, and securely packaging your items.
Once this process is complete, your order will be transferred to the shipping carrier. All orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 48 hours.
Warehouses & Delivery Time
To better serve our customers, we ship from both our China-based warehouse (CN warehouse) and our U.S.-based warehouse (US warehouse):
- CN Warehouse: Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days.
- US Warehouse: Orders are delivered within 2 business days.
Please Note:
Our U.S. shipping service does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, overseas military bases, or Puerto Rico.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our website or directly on the carrier’s tracking portal.

We cannot Be Held Responsible for Delays Caused By:
- Changes to your contact or shipping details after the order is placed
